「very clean and well equipped room」

「✔️Clean, safe and secure. Great location. ✖️No where to put stuff. No comforts. We were very busy seeing the sights so we used it to shower and sleep. Nothing else was possible. The spiral, narrow staircase was so difficult to get your cases up to your room with no elevator. The property was being decorated but when we arrived I just saw a dirty black carpet and tape all round the banister. I was so sad and thought I’d messed up with my choice, but next day we heard a vacuum cleaner...

「This is a great holiday apartment for Paris. The entrance looks a bit off putting but it is actually a very nice neighborhood and building. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated and well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay ( really appreciated the exceptional kitchen). It lacks spices as someone else pointed out but I have learned to always bring my own. Communication is excellent… probably the best I have ever had. 「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「Poor communication with host, heating/cooling system didn’t work well, much smaller than anticipated. Nearby area felt unsafe. Didn’t end up staying here.」

「羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。」

「The apartment sits at the perfect location in the heart of the city with many places to eat and shop within walking distance. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered every question I had. The space is nice and perfect for a few people. I would absolutely stay here the next time that I visit Paris.」
