“Tout était extra (emplacement, chambre, spa, repas et cocktails du bar) mais le vrai plus a été l'accueil et toutes les attentions du personnel. Tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie et vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Et c'est très réussi !”

Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes.”

“Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.”

“Staff really make this place. Everyone working at Stella is absolutely outstanding! Hardest working individuals, I’ve met and super friendly. Go above and beyond. Food was great, the only thing I would say is the drinks let it down for me personally. Didn’t enjoy any drinks. Also bare in mind how cosy it is if you want to sunbathe on your deck if you have a swim up room. you literally have people sunbathing in front of you as there are no general pool just the swim up pools so people will be……

“Thanks so much for helping me to do the laundry with other company which is efficient and fast. But my room is next to the train (I guess), it’s quite noisy when train gets by. The room is compact but has everything you need. But the hairdryer could only be used in some sockets only, not the one next to my bed. The location is also easily accessible and quite safe even when I get back late”
