"Hi, Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited. Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future. Thank you again for the otherwise pleasant experience!"

"One of the nicest hotels I’ve been at. Impeccably clean with amazing service. The sauna & pool area was a huge plus! Like a mini Nordik spa experience, included. But saunas were off in the morning which was disappointing for my planned round 2. Very comfortable beds also. The lounge and work areas in the common spaces are outstanding… would be amazing for business travellers. My only complaint was that it was a bit loud facing out into the courtyard with people talking loudly at night (had to close windows) and those rooms face an office building with people at desks looking into your room so have to keep drapes closed. "

"Located just off Trafalgar Square, easy walking to nearby restaurants/pubs and destinations in Westminster, Covent Garden, West End. Museums, River Thames and St James Park are highlights in this area. Hotel is on a lovely street and our room was quiet and very clean. The staff is first class, very helpful and friendly. "
