「We had the most wonderful stay at the boathouse with my mum and sister — such a unique and unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us personally and gave us a lovely tour around the boat, showing us everything we needed to know. You can really tell how much thought has gone into every detail. There was a hairdryer, straighteners, plenty of plug sockets (including USB sockets), and lots of mirrors — all those little touches that make such a difference when you’re...

「We had such a lovely stay on the boat; far enough away from the city to feel like a proper little escape, but super easy to access, (we ventured in everyday), & you don’t have to embark on an epic expedition to get there. There’s something rather magical about being gently rocked to sleep by the bob of the waves. Far better than a lullaby, and considerably more nautical. We loved spending lazy time on the deck with a book, watching the world drift by, and then settling around the table for a...

「We booked through Expedia a two bedroom boat house on the canal. I expected to be able to stand in the bedroom. The so called second bedroom waa in the floor, you lift the floor and go down about 4 stairs and have to climb into a couple bucks. This was not what was advertised. We asked to get our money back as this was not acceptable for 2 70 year olds. My Grandson and his girl where traveling with us, he's 6'2' and truly couldn't fit that space either. Getting to the place was also a...
