The resturant wasn’t open and I was referred to the bar and bar menu , I did not want to eat in a bar . It may be the hotel is giving preference to large groups and opens the resturant for them as it did one night whilst I was there . I was able to access other places to eat in the surrounding area and get

Great service very comfortable room.

The hotel was great. The check-in was smooth and really efficient so we were up in our room within a couple of minutes we were staying because we were going to a concert in Birmingham when we got back. The bar still have people in it so we were able to have a drink the bar man was pleasant efficient and it was a very pleasant day. Breakfast has the variety that you would expect for a standard hotel stay and again the staff were really helpful and polite. Really appreciate the later checkout as well.

My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and this was the perfect spot. The only feedback I have is that room was so warm we had to borrow a fan, and that the breakfast was a little disappointing for the money we spent.

The hotel itself was great lovely staff and delicious breakfast with a good choice. My only complaint is that the AIRCON wasn’t working properly due to the hot weather and being a glass building. It made a very uncomfortable long hot night. But other than that the bed was very comfy

Great modern hotel

Really nice stayed before year’s ago and great reasonably priced hotel, very central and only a short 10 minute walk to new street railway station. Will definitely recommend a stay and the food was lovely - I had room service - was the best
