「What a wonderful experience! We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Cliff Hotel in Negril. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine Jamaican hospitality. Every member of the staff was exceptional, from the security personnel to the receptionists and waitresses. Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Their warm smiles and excellent customer service truly made us feel welcome and appreciated. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, well...

「We were there for 6 days and I wish I had stayed longer. The resort is not too big and fancy but the staff members, activists and amenities they have are just perfect. The entertainment team is amazing, Brittany sings like an angel, he had so much fun at the piano bar. Everything you need is within 3 minutes walking distance, the food is delicious but more importantly the staff members treats you like family, it makes you feel like you are home. I highly recommend this place. We loved it so...

「We had the most memorable experience with friends and family. The resort is massive and very easy to get around. The grounds are very well cared for and tastefully decorated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We felt very cared for throughout our stay. I’d say exceptional customer service and impeccable quality of food. We had exceptional dining experience each evening. I’d give 5 stars on all accounts. We look forward to returning.」
