"Entire place was clean and the staff was amazing as always this was our second time we were there 8 years ago and loved it decided to go back did not disappoint would love to take our kids to the palace next time for a family vacation looking forward to visiting again "

"My stay at Baha Mar was overall wonderful. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — very clean, modern, and visually stunning. Our ocean-view room was spectacular and one of the highlights of our trip. The pools, beach, and overall atmosphere all felt high-end and relaxing. The only downside was the inconsistency in staff knowledge. Several times we asked for directions around the resort and many employees didn’t seem familiar with where things were located, which was surprising for a property of this size and caliber. Another issue happened at The Swimming Pig. The bill already included a gratuity (which is fine), but our server told us the gratuity “goes to Baha Mar, not to the staff” in an attempt to get us to tip again. We later confirmed this wasn’t true, so that part felt misleading. Overall, we still had a great experience and would return, but I hope management addresses staff training and transparency with tipping going forward — it would make an already beautiful resort even better."

"Everything is always great when I go. The staff is always great especially Darling. She’s at the front desk and she always makes sure that I have a nice clean room."

"Check in went smoothly and we received an upgrade. We were also assigned a butler. Dario went above and beyond for us. Big shout to Miriam at the dining options. She made sure we were taken care every time she saw us. Great entertainment as well. "
