“It is better that they go somewhere else because we had to bathe with cold water because they do not even have hot water.”

“The room was clean and fine. My experience was fine but the Reason for my star rating is my mother needed a handicap room. She actually called the property to confirm that she had a handicap room. The property called her several times to confirm the handicap room. Upon arrival, NO handicap room available meaning no way to shower, use the restroom etc. The Staff couldn't have cared less, just saying there was no handicap room and offered ZERO accountability or accommodation. Its the only game……

“I like the location near Linton. The suite was nice. My wife liked the room set up with two recliners in the living room area.”

“The property is starting to show its age. The property needs a fresh overhaul.”

“The staff was very nice & helpful. As for the room, it was fair to ok at best. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. The first room we had, the TV would not come on at all & only a couple lights worked. They moved us to a different room after we requested. The second room was ok. The beds were fairly comfortable. The 2nd floor was under renovation & just after 7:00 am they started working. We were awakened by hammers & drills. We only stayed here because the other hotel in town was……

“因为订错了地点，根本没有入住，所以没有体验。遭受损失，当然不爽。”

“There were a number of issues If you want a traditional 1920’s house go for it”

“The property was well stocked with necessities. It was an amazing place to relax with the tranquility of the lake and surrounding area. The house and deck were the perfect setting for us to get together.”

“We love staying here. We travel to Indiana 1 to 2 times a year and always stay here. It is a really quiet place and always clean. The staff and owners are extremely nice and helpful. We highly recommend stay there. Checking in is always super easy and if you need anything, you can ask and they have always be extremely accommodating. Five stars for sure!!”

“Adequate for the price, but only average.”

“Hotel was about 30 minutes outside Bloomington but was perfect! Surrounded by trees and very quiet!! We loved it! Rooms clean, staff was friendly! Breakfast was great! We recommend a stay if you want to be outside a busy city.”

“Pretty rundown.”

“It’s a good motel to stay over night when making long trips. Some splatter on the ceiling and not sure what it was but I can only assume. I also killed two roaches, both in the bathroom. Breakfast provided which is hard to find currently. Loved the waffle station. Cereal was stale according to my wife but it got the job done.”

“Location is fantastic. Right on town Square with a great coffee shop and boutique sandwich shop at the apartment entrance. Just be mindful its a common restroom with minimal amenities for privacy. Only one mirror in the four-sink bathroom that is minimally lit . Showers have only a curtain for privacy while your in the shower and none outside. So be prepared to dress inside your shower stall.”

“It was quiet, the rooms were decent over all for the price it wasnt bad”
