The hotel's structure is not the most modern or well maintained, but it is not an issue if you don't care about it. Also, be aware that depending on the floor, you may hear significant street noise.”

“I would first of all like to say that this hotel receives five stars because of the staff. I have never met a more knowledgeable and passionate hotelier than LEO. He knew every detail about the hotel and Bahia. He was able to give us the history down to the numbers. He was so informative and knowledgeable that it blew my mind. The hotel was nice. It’s an amazing property in not the best area. I would only recommend this hotel for someone who is not looking to have an authentic Bahia experience.……

“The best thing about this place is the location: right in front of the beach, a lot of restaurants and bars right down the stairs, close to public transportation, grocery stores and to Shopping Barra. The staff here is phenomenal, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The rooms and room furniture could use an upgrade.”
