「Our stay here couldn’t have been better - this truly is a home away from home stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your visit to Carlsbad. We loved all the beach gear, blankets and towels, pristine hot tub, plentiful device chargers, toiletries, abundant pantry supplies, and labels for everything - not to mention the fantastic location with easy access to the beach and the village. Overall just super clean and organized with thoughtful touches all around: great hospitality...

「Heather was amazing to work with. She is a great host. Place is great and wonderful for a bigger family. We will stay again!」

「Home was very clean , well appointed with many amenities.and in a very convenient location to Carlsbad village. It would have been 5 star but for the construction on the property immediately in front of the house. Not the owners fault but the noise distracted from the overall experience.」

「Loved this cute little place across the street from the beach. The host had the place well stocked with essentials and extra sheets and blankets.we grilled and enjoyed the sunset after a Long Beach day. We will be back!」

「It was a great stay. Even though we woke up to ants in one bedroom. It was taken care of the same day. He came and sprayed and they were gone. Great communication and responsiveness.」

「Generously appointed with spacious rooms. Everything you might need is available. Back patio is also spacious although there is no view and no landscaping. Property is located 1/2 mile from a shopping center which includes several good restaurants.Highly recommend!」

「property is well maintained. bungalow is very nice. it was too bad i only stayed one night. excellent for longer stays and close to many restaurant and small grocery store.」

「A good stay in a good location! Very close to many beaches. The beaches in the area were packed for the entire weekend. Many good local spots to eat and get coffee as well! The bed is pretty much solid as a rock, though, and the walls are very thin. Other than that, everything was great.」

「Nancy and Jim were fantastic hosts and their Casita Vista was adorable. It was a perfect studio for our weekend getaway and was stocked with fun activities to do too (i.e., books, old movies). The biggest plus for us was the mini AC and kitchenette. They had everything you can think of needing and we were stocked with towels and other basic necessities. 10/10 would recommend staying with them at Casita Vista.」

「Super easy stay! Highly recommend for a local ocean side stay」

「We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect with easy beach access, making it so convenient to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The home was comfortable, clean, and the perfect place to relax and make special memories with family. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway!」

「Excellent location across the street from the beach with partial ocean view from the front deck. The property felt clean and had lots of stuff to use in the kitchen which made meals easy. Staff was super communicative and easy to reach for any questions. The backyard was beautiful and well mantained, felt like a tropical hideaway.」
