「Everything about our stay was excellent! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room was artfully decorated, and bed very comfortable. The little extra touches were noticed and appreciated. Will definitely come back to stay and recommend to friends and family.
Obrigada 💕」

「Facilities and services are not good as it is not corresponding to its luxury price. Water power in bath room is small. One of the room keys are not working. The staff for cleaning the room searched and touched my open luggage as my things are not in the order that I packed my luggage.」

「Excellent location and absolutely stunning apartment. Very clean and boutique like. The only thing is no elevator, it was difficult for us because we had many big suitcases. But if you’re travelling light and want a comfortable stay in the city center this is an incredible property.」

「We had a wonderful stay at our apartment and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here as well. The place was clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures. Everyone was so kind and helpful at the office location close by. They helped us store our luggage when we arrived early and also again when we checked out. They made sure our check-in went smoothly through email and when we arrived in person. They also included nice welcome gifts including a bottle of wine! The location was...

Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.
