"Old building that they are trying to put lipstick on. Musty smelling in the building and with the room air conditioning. Dirty bathroom had to put a towel in the tub to stand on. Only warm shower water. Sink did not drain. OLD structure with a paint job. Parking lot with craters…walls in hallway with gouging in drywall, only ice on one floor…. Breakfast fair to poor… back to the 80’s Most staff was nice tho"

"Too warm in pool/hot tub room, wanted to use longer but I was sweating do to heat in room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, eggs not very warm, limited variety of food to choose from."

"We are regular clients at IHG group hotels and we were not surprised and definitely not unimpressed at Holiday Inn, Birch Run. Everything slotted into place as normal making us feel "family". Breakfast was self service and basic for what we needed. The room was serviced 1 day before we left,it could have waited until we left. If our travel dictates we will stay here again."

"We actually checked in, went to view the room and returned to the desk and signed in to the American Inn instead. The room was just too small for 3 guests and the bathroom same."

"Our TV didn't work had to replace the box from another room the molding in the bathroom needs painting otherwise the room was very clean and everyone was very helpful"
