- Town of Carolina Beach regulations apply:
April 1 – September 30: Dogs allowed before 9AM & after 5PM
October 1 – March 31: Dogs allowed all day
Dogs must remain leashed

Please note: Canal Drive can experience flooding during strong storms or King Tides. Water may enter the carport and lower entry area but is designed to drain as tides recede. We recommend reviewing the North Carolina King Tide Chart when planning your stay.

Town of Carolina Beach Dog Rules - All dogs are required to be on a leash at all times. April 1st through September 30th, dogs are allowed on the beach during restricted hours BEFORE 9:00 a.m. and AFTER 5:00 p.m. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9AM-5PM. October 1st through March 31st,dogs are allowed on the beach during all hours. $225 non-refundable pet fee.
NOTE: Canal Drive is prone to flood during strong storms, or during lunar/King high tides. Water may enter the carport and bottom floor entryway. The ground level is designed for the water to escape when it recedes. Please research the North Carolina King Tide Chart to see when this occurs.
