Has all the comforts of home!

Beautiful property! The kitchen has great quality appliances and pots/pans and utensils. Makes cooking a pleasure. Great coffee bar area too! Has all the comforts of home! The elevator makes checking in and out easy - to get the heavy bags up and down and not having to use the stairs!!!

Wonderful!

We have been using VRBO for many years; this may have been our favorite property of all.Nicely decorated with higher end appliances and kitchenware. Very clean!There are special touches—charging stations In each bedroom, drawers with toiletries (in case you forgot something. The location is perfect with restaurants and bars close by. We will be back!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home! The architecture is modern, bright and well-appointed, even down to the small touches that made a big impact. The elevator took some getting used to but was a big help moving the suitcases to the top floor. The home’s locale offered nearby breakfast spots and lunch/dinner restaurants, and was perfectly situated on the beach with an amazing view!

Perfect Beach House!

Beautiful beach house! This house is perfect. Beautiful views, short pier to the beach, short drive to the boardwalk. The house has everything you need…beach toys and chairs, baby gates, laundry, all kitchen appliances and utensils you could need. Very clean! The roof top area is such a great bonus! We had the most perfect stay there!

Relaxing retreat

The condo was absolutely spotless, it had pretty comfortable beds as well. Showers were nice and had good water pressure. , The views were beautiful especially from the rooftop deck! The kitchen was well equipped. The only issue i think I had was backing up my large SUV out on a very narrow driveway, and on a pretty busy street.. Other than that it was wonderful!

Relaxing getaway

The property was just as advertised and was beautiful. The outdoor shower and the boardwalk made beach access easy and fuss free. We had everything we needed in the house including beach towels. The elevator was so handy for bringing in all of our stuff for the week, but unfortunately on the day we left it wasn’t working. We didn’t have time for the manager to come fix the elevator before checkout, however the property manager was quick in responding to an earlier question about a circuit breaker that had flipped and it fixed our problem immediately. Overall everyone in our family said this house was perfect for our vacation!

The elevator is a huge assist in moving in and moving out of the house. There were plenty of new beach chairs to use at the beach which is just steps away from the property. High-end luxury with an incredibly comfortable feel. We will return!

Beds and linens were so comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with all you could need. Location was great. View from the top deck was superb. We had a (user-error) issue with the elevator, and the manager was quick to respond and help us. I can’t say anything negative about this place. Was a great wedding weekend and we had a great time gathering here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management company was friendly, responsive and easy to work with. We checked in a day before hurricane Ian. The first few days were windy and rainy, but the remainder of our two weeks were beautiful. The deck furniture on the multiple decks is plentiful and diverse. Something for everyone and very sturdy. The decking itself is high quality stained wood... no splinters! The whole house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has high end appliances, cookware and dinnerware and is well stocked for making any kind of meal. It has a large pantry for storing food. Each bedroom has its own full bath. The bunk bedroom has a slider door that opens to the spiral staircase up to the deck. Not keen on having kids stay there, but we had none in our party. When the people staying in that room were sleeping there was no access to the upper deck. Beds were comfortable. Even at the end of the season in October there were working beach chairs for our use. Enough for everyone! There was also a corn hole game, ping pong table and plenty of inside board games. This place exceeded our expectations!

We stayed 4 1/2 days and had only one towel per person. The towels would not dry all the way due to hanging on a hook. The kitchen outlets along the sink wall were not working.
