The first living level of this home has a Queen bedroom with a connected bathroom and another bedroom with two Twin beds. All three living levels of this home can be accessed via stairs or elevator for added convenience and ease of accessibility. The main level of this property features an open floor plan with a great room that includes the fully equipped kitchen, a half bathroom, dining area that seats six, a convenient kitchen island with additional bar seating, and a spacious living room with ample seating that leads to a private deck. Enjoy family meals, movie nights, or relax on the deck and soak in the expansive ocean views!

The third level has a Queen guest bedroom with a private bathroom that makes a comfortable and private space for your guests. Across the street is our “famous” Veggie Wagon, which specializes in fruits, vegetables and homemade goodies that will accommodate the whole family!

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
