Fantastic. The man that runs the place is very nice and freindly. The accommodation was more than we bargained for lots of space and has everything and we were well looked after. My girlfriend loves that the accommodation has wifi. The place is spotless and beautifully kept. The hotels.com app showed the place was in donegal town but nowhere near it was actually in carrick but it was worth it anyways. Its best to google the place for location and phone number. Id definitely go there again for another occasion. 10/10

Ask for refund

On the map it shows the location Donegal, when in actuality it is 43.2km east - an extra 45 minutes with (with no traffic). It states it is a bed and breakfast but there is no dining area. The door did not lock to our room and there is no personal in site to assist. When I could not find the accommodations, I called 27 times for help (and text), but it went straights to voice mail. The town is about a quarter mile long with two choices to eat - which both close at 8:30pm. Had it not been the mercy of the cook at Kelly’s Kitchen, my family would have gone without food that evening because there is NOTHING even close to Carrick . There is no elevator, so it was hard for my 75 year old dad to get up and down the stairs to the room. And at check out - no one there. There is nothing provide in the room and there is no grocery store to get water or supplies.

The location was absolutely perfect. Being able to look at the window and see Slieve League was priceless. When I go back I will certainly call John and stay there again!
