“Staff were friendly the hotel was clean the beds wonderful”

“The toilet was clogged when we arrived. (Needed it badly at the time) Staff not only made comments about it as if I had clogged it but they took 40 minutes and three trips to the front to get us someone to unclog it. They ended up switching us to a different room altogether. Definitely something that housekeeping should have noticed beforehand but at least they moved us.”

“This is a decent place to stay if you are looking for an economical option for one night. Amenities were lacking, swimming pool was not available or open, room tv was not very clear. My room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Parking lot was in bad need of repair. Several food opportunities in the area.”

“As a mom traveling alone with my 5 and 7 year olds, safety was my top priority. This hotel made us feel so secure and comfortable. The staff was warm and attentive; the room was spotless and the common areas were well lit and quiet. We slept peacefully and felt cared for every step of the way. I'd absolutely stay here again.”

“They need to do better about people hanging outside the rooms I don’t appreciate opening my room door to two guys and a woman lurking outside my room the staff accused me of taking towels when I didn’t they were put in the dirty laundry hamper they use”
