“There is only 1 elevator in the property, which was very inconvenient for the size of the hotel. Very often causing a long wait or having to use the stairs.”

The hotel said they were switching cable providers and there were problems. We ask for an adjustment for our room charges and they refused, saying it was the cable company's fault. We have crossed this hotel off our list based on their response and attitude in dealing with a problem that is clearly their responsibility. ”
