“Staff was super friendly. Was on motorcycle and they gave me a bottom room like we like. Room was super clean and fresh smelling. The shower head was like a massage. I would stay here again. ”

“Quick trip to tour, Bethel University, and University of Tennessee of Martin. Beautiful house, quiet and convenient location. 5 min drive to most of the restaurants. Whole house was clean, The beds are all soft and comfortable. And the water pressure was amazing. We didn’t want to leave They had a variety of coffees and teas to try. Minor issue with the keypad upon arrival, but the host was quick to respond and get us in the door. Clear and easy checkout instructions posted if I’m ever in the……

“Nice cottage with a terrible layout. Dining room upstairs and kitchen downstairs. Main bedroom upstairs, single bath downstairs. If you are here for the stables and horse experience I’m sure you’ll be delighted. If you’re here for the cottage only then you’ll be disappointed as I was with the price/value versus product.”
