“Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!”

“Viewing the site online was very different from pulling up. There were lots of utility trucks on the property It’s located in the back clearing of a wooded space so it looked out of place. The room had a dry strange odor. The bathroom looked nothing like the site. We had food left out that by morning was ant infested.
