“We had a 2-day reservation at the Flannery and needed an additional day, but they wanted to charge an additional 50 Euros which was ludicrous. We made a reservation at the Clayton and wished we had stayed there the whole time. It was wonderful and, I think, her name was Lauren who checked up in should get a raise for all her help”
