“I cannot say enough about how much I love this hotel. When we asked to upgrade to a larger room, the front desk made it happen in the middle of the night without hesitation. The property is absolutely beautiful, and everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. John who is at the front desk was exceptional and desreves a promotion. The only issue I'd mention is a design flaw with the showers. The shower floor isn't properly sloped, which means if someone accidentally leaves the drain closed,……

“My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel and we would come back again! The property is well maintained- pools are beautiful! The staff - all of them are so friendly and responsive to the guests. They brought coffee to our room and afterwards had breakfast by the pool. We had standard room that was very spacious and practical for two women. Location is great too! Thanks again to all the friendly staff!! See you again!”

The hotel is very authentic and very much a boutique hotel that feels very true to the city. Getting in and out was very easy; there was always someone at the reception 24/7.
