Casa San Agustin is a marvelous hotel. The beauty and attention to detail in the hotel and rooms is matched by an amazing, courteous and friendly staff. The staff manager Paola was exceptional in her care and consideration, making our stay a delight. I have to make special mention of Dagmar at the desk, Nelson in the lobby and Brayan in the restaurant who were all fantastic. My birthday dinner at their restaurant Alma was delicious. I have stayed at many luxurious hotels all over the world but Casa San Agustin is at the top of the list !

Words cannot express how wonderful my stay was at this beautiful and luxurious hotel. From the staff, food, to the hospitality and ambience, Hotel Casa San Agustin is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It deserves more than 5 stars. The staff go above and beyond to meet your individual needs. The esthetics and decor is top notch without a detail forgotten and the proximity to everything coupled with the amenities makes the place a stellar choice when visiting Cartagena. I will most definitely be back. Highly recommended.
