Nice apartment in the middle of Walled City

This would have been a solid 3.5-4 star process if not for all the communication issues. Emails and call went unanswered. WhatsApp messages where responded intermittently. We also had issues with check-in.

Clean, bright, apartment in nice building and great location

Our two families (4 adults, 4 kids) had a great week in this modern apartment although it is better suited to 6-7 people. It is in a pretty and very well maintained building with very friendly staff. The location in the old city, just down the street from the lively Plaza San Diego (and the Santa Clara convent/hotel in which Márquez's "Del Amor y Otro Demonios" is based) is excellent. Our apartment was right next to the small rooftop swimming pool which our kids loved. The apartment has a nice balcony overlooking the interior of the complex. The kitchen is well stocked.
