Designer New Apt w/ private Rooftop/Old city

This brand new spectacular designer apt. is located in the historical neighborhood of Getsemani, within the walled city. From the jacuzzi in your private rooftop/terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view that goes from Castillo San Felipe, all the way to the Bocagrande's skyline . It's in walking distance from the best sights of the city center: restaurants, bars, squares. Perfect for one couple or small groups of max. 5 people.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a brand new stylish building in the old city with elevator, it offers a unique experience and a great location inside Getsemani, close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle.

The apartment is composed of 2 levels.
In the first floor you have the kitchen and living room area, benefited from a high window wall with a curtain that lets the perfect amount of light through and makes it very luminous. In this first floor you also have the two rooms: the main room has a queen size bed and its own bathroom and the other room has a bunk bed (single top bed and double lower bed) and shares the bathroom with the living area, both bathrooms have hot water. It has three air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen area.

The second level is a private rooftop/terrace that has an outside dinning area and living room terrace area, both under a pergola shade. There are also two sunbeds and a jacuzzi with ambient water, where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent views from Castillo San Felipe all the way to Bocagrande.

The first and second floor are connected with a beautiful outdoor spiral stair.

Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Other things to note
Only registered guests are allowed into the building. Visitors are not allowed.

The jacuzzi in the private rooftop has solely ambient water, it does not have hot water.

The building has an additional terrace that is shared with the other tenants and has a pool.

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FULL NAMES OF ALL GUESTS STAYING IN THE APARTMENT, AS THIS IS REQUIRED FOR LOBBY REGISTRATION. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS WILL BE PERMITTED TO CHECK IN.

1. Mainly, treat the apartment with consideration and respect.

2. Only registered guests are allowed into the building, visitors are not allowed.

Additional guests can be included upon arrival. The guest has to inform the host at least six hours in advance and send their name and id # during working hours (8am-5pm).

3. Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00p.m

4. Parties and prostitution are not allowed. If you have a party or any illegal activity where the police or the administration of the building is involved you will be fined $1,000usd.

5. Please turn off the air conditioners when you are not using them.

6. Smoking is only allowed on the roof top terrace.

7. Please don't lose the keys, if you lose them you will be charged $20usd to change the locks.

8. If anything is damaged while you're staying here, please notify us immediately.
