O hotel fica numa area repleta de restaurantes, cafeterias, cassino, sorveteria, farmácias, lojinhas. O hotel tem uma piscina pequena, mas muito bem cuidada e com area verde ao redor. A decoração das areas comuns é um plus. Os funcionários são muitos atenciosos, simpáticos e receptivos. Tem muito Uber disponível ao redor e o máximo que esperei por um carro foram 2 minutos. O restaurante que fica acoplado ao hotel, junto a recepção, tem excelentes drinks e sempre com música (tinha até dj uma noite). Têm água quente no banheiro e o chuveiro era excelente. O café da manhã é simples, mas tudo feito com carinho e a comida estava muito boa. O quarto estava com cheiro forte de mofo por estar fechado, mas ao abrir a janela, rapidinho passou. Limparam o quarto diariamente durante a estadia. Foi uma excelente experiência. Recomendo.

Hotel bien ubicado y buena limpieza. Sin embargo, tenía unos detalles, por ejemplo la llave del lavamanos del baño no funcionaba bien y la chica de la recepción dijo que iba a informarle a mantenimiento pero durante mi estadía no la repararon.

The staff was bad. The pictures which are in the website are fake!. It's not how they show it. The hotel is rusty, fifty and the sheets aren't wash they smell like sweat.

Poor managed, when presented the in convenience no manager was available neither follow up on it The room door did not lock and two days in a raw had to wait more than 15” waiting to be fixed and the third decided to leave since we had a commitment and we where late Upon arrival ask questions about the area, things to do and staff was careless, said no idea and look on internet. Then two days on repairs, noise and dirt everywhere and not even an apology or excuse on it The pool area is dirty and poor maintain. And looks more like a bath than a pool The tv did not had signal, so useless We ended up moving to another property this was not worth Stay away from this place if you plan to enjoy your time. When trying to express the feedback and frustration nobody cares and they said the owner she is the only one to speak and never appeared or made herself available

No lo recomiendo!!!
No respetan la tarifa ofertada, cobraron $120.000 pesos de más, segun ellos correspondia a un impuesto, pero al momento de realizar el pago total por la app cobros adicionales e impuestos, ya estan incluidos. No permitieron realizar Check-in hasta no ver reflejado el pago de ese impuesto. El personal poco amable y las tarifas del menú demasiado costoso con aires de hotel 5 estrellas. En conclusión un hotel usurero.

Lamentamos que su experiencia a la llegada no haya sido de su agrado, pero aclaramos que el recaudo de impuestos es una disposición legal del gobierno y empezó a regir a partir del 01 de enero de 2023. Reiteramos que los precios del restaurante son acordes a la zona en la que estamos ubicadas.

El peor hotel en el que me he quedado, la noche que llegue la habitación que me correspondía tenía los bombillos quemados y no servían los aires, me cambiaron a otra habitación, Esa noche salí y llegue a las 2:30 am y la habitación olía a gas, resulta ser que tenía una fuga de gas, si me hubiera quedado ahí amanecemos mi familia y yo muertos. Cuando llamamos al servicio, prendieron la cocina y se prendió en llamas TODO. Esa noche decidimos irnos y aún así me cobraron esa noche, aún cuando lo tenía todo pago ya desde expedía me toco pagar la noche porque no les salía en el sistema que yo ya había pagado, y yo no tenía batería para demostrar lo contrario, así que aparte de pagar las 4 noches por expedía, me toco pagar esa noche que fue un desastre.

Heel teleurstellend en voelt aan als bedrog!
Zeer slechte kamers, onderaan is de deur open, zodat je vanuit het bed de mensen op de gang kan zien. Geen deftige ramen, noch een terras, hoewel de foto’s dit aangeven. Sommige kamers zijn precies de kleedkamers van hun zwembad (plonsbad). We hadden een superior kamer, met op de foto balkon. Wat bleek, geen enkele kamer heeft een balkon. Er was een heel klein raam, maar wie op het gemeenschappelijke terras zit, kan zo binnenkijken in de kamer, dus de rolluiken gaan dicht en dan voelt het aan als een gevangenis! Veel lawaai en het eten was ontzettend duur op de kaart, maar de kakkerlakken zie je zo lopen. Het ontbijt was vreselijk slecht en een zeer onvriendelijke gastvrouw. Je mag niets individueel kiezen, per tafel keuze uit of eieren (niet vers) of muesli. Drank hetzelfde, max 1 koffie en fruitsap. Zeer triest, aangezien we hiervoor een ander hotel hadden dat veel goedkoper en duizendmaal beter was!

This hotel has so much potential! However, needs adjustments on very simple things that count as essential: Bedroom: Guys only one sheet is not enough for sleeping at night, try using a cotton cover on top of the sheets. Even if you have the air condition low at night usually body temperature goes down when you sleep. Make sure to double check the room before you give it to the next guest. Ours, didn't have clean sheets Service: Most of the staff was so friendly and helpful. However, on the day that we came to have breakfast the lady serving us looked very stress because she was the only person serving. When we asked in a respectful manner to have coffee with milk she responded in a very rude way that "we only asked for regular coffee." And again I am sure it wasn't anything personal but more like overwhelmed with serving 10 guest at the same time. Restaurant: This is for most of the restaurants in all Colombia. Guys, please have menus in English. This is going to save so much time and confusions for future visitors.

This place has lots of potential but the conditions are very poor. I enjoyed my stay there but the bathrooms and furnitures are not in a good condition. Just some extra attention to details can definitely help.

Es diferente las fotos a las instalaciones reales, se genera una expectativa mucho más alta, sobre todo en las habitaciones, el personal atento, algunos, no todos, se tuvo un problema al pagar en el hotel porque se cobró el IVA del alojamiento sobre una cifra diferente a la adquirida en Internet, queda un sin sabor por esto. La ubicación es excelente y atención del Bar, el desayuno es aceptable también

The hotel was smaller than it looked like but the the staff was welcoming. One of our room was not ready at 3.30 when we arrived so a bit disappointing. Near the beach and restaurant and shopping mall and easy taxi ride to the old city.

Podría haber sido mejor
Al momento del check in (siendo que habia enviado con anticipación un e-mail) no encontraron nuestra reserva, por suerte a pesar del mal entendido, nos entregaron nuestra habitación. La misma, comoda y bonita en un muy buen punto de la ciudad. Por otro lado, teniamos muchas ganas de utilizar la piscina, cosa que fue imposible, porque al lado de ella estaba en trabajos de obra, y si bien se encontraba habilitada estaba sucia de polvo y material de construcción. Una lastima.

1 star. Simple as.
This is a fairly small hotel. The pool, the patio and the little area with a bar in front of the hotel was under construction/maintenance during half of our stay, and so essentially the entire hotel except for the rooms was unavailable for use. When requesting some type of reimbursement from the hotel through Expedia they arrogantly denied any claim. I have Expedia gold+ status and so Expedia gave me a $25 credit towards future bookings, thanks Expedia. The hotels handling of the case was less than respectful though. Keep in mind this is the first negative review that I leave on any hotel.
