「Excelente servicio, el personal muy amable. Hotel muy bien ubicado. Muy cómodo. En la mejor zona de Cartagena. Es segunda vez que regreso a este hotel. Se siente uno como en casa muy hospitalarios todos. Es cómodo limpio, seguro. 」

「We have been to Cartagena a number f times. This was our best hotel experience to date. It is in a great location. Close to the restaurants but away from the walled city and all the neve ending vendors there. There is a great Salsa club just a block away. The staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Both teh hotel and the restaurant which also very good! The hotel is small, intimate and beautiul. We will stay here again! 」

「We loved this hotel. It was in a great location, the staff was super friendly, and our room was very nice. It was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The rooftop pool is quiet and nice. The last night of our stay there was an event going on downstairs so it was a bit loud, but it didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Most hotels in Colombia serve a complementary breakfast. Don't expect the Hilton to do so. Smoking is permitted near the swimming pools. Some guests don't like to smell cigarette smoke while relaxing poolside. The Hilton seems to think were in the 1950s when we didn't know the dangers in smoking. The hotel could work on keeping music down as some guests would like to sleep by ten or eleven o'clock. 」

「This is a great option if you are looking for a convenient location as its walking distance to everything around the walled city. Service was great and property was clean well kept. There’s only a few rooms which makes it feel intimate and peaceful and they have delicious made to order breakfast. The only downsides are that the rooms are pretty small, and bathrooms are tiny. We had to close the bathroom door to be able to move around it. Also, the pool is also tiny so basically just for...

「I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is one of my Favourites. The staff is wonderful. beds are very comfy. Hotel is very clean. Atmosphere and decor is beautiful. Pools are lovely. Massages are good. Very walkable area. I seriously love this hotel, highly recommend. Very safe as well. 」
