“The location is perfect. You’re right between everything. No need for an Uber or taxi to go anywhere. Room was clean, smelled nice, staff was polite even though we speak very little Spanish. Air Conditioning is outstanding. The only slight issues are there’s no refrigerator and the “pool” is more like a soaking tub. It appears the one on the other aide is larger and what’s seen in most of the photos. It wasn’t a huge issue. We only used it a few times. A couple chairs to sit outside on the……

“It was a cute hotel but it seemed like a hassle to get anything. It took 2 hours to check in because our room wasn’t ready and we were there at check in time. We asked for towels and never received them, they promise a free drink at the bar to make up for the check-in process we got up there and ordered the drinks for it to be just a Coke. Paid more for the hot tub on the balcony, but it was not warm at all. The staff was helpful. I think they just need more organization to operate more……

“We got the suite with the balcony. The views are unbeatable. The pool was well-maintained and there's direct access to the beach. Dann is always a reliable choice in Colombia. Breakfast can be improved, but I got a surprise cake for my birthday. The staff are lovely. Highly recommended and deccent value, considering the high prices of hotels in Cartagena.”

“Blimey, what a spot. Absolutely stellar stay. You’re right on the beachfront, which is ideal for pretending you're in a movie until a wave hits your ankles. The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. Food was gorgeous, and the staff were absolute legends—sorted us out with zero fuss.
