The room was clean. The problem comes more with the bathroom. It was clean. It just needs maintenance. holes in the The walls that are not patched, probably where the towels racks were missing grate tiles off the ceiling over the sinks where the lighting located. The actual room has been updated, bathrooms are important though so owners really need to concentrate on that hopefully you are in the middle of renovations. You should do whole rooms at a time. It use to be a main stop for us. Also you need to fix the cracks around the doors your letting your hard earned money go out the door. Keep working at it. As a customer I first look at clean and it was that and if your kind. I wasn't looking for a 5 star for a quick over night , clean room clean bathroom but those little details like wholes left not fixed is what will stop customers from coming back it's always the little stuff that sets people off

I stayed here for 3 days on a last minute booking. I was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was easy and smooth. I stayed on the second floor. My room was clean. (Bedding, bathroom and towels) were cleaned I would say the only thing that needs some.work.os the AC unit. It was not as cool as I would have liked. For some reason it would not go any lower than 75. Breakfast was alright. (No source of protein) If you enjoy quciks bites for example toast, cereal and yogurt this place will work. Location was descent. Close to the highway, Dunkin, IHOP, waffle house can help you with morning meals. This hotel has parking for you which is great. Staff were friendly and offered extra towels if you needed.

The room was clean, the mattresses were comfortable, however the room, 224 needed to be updated. There was no closet to hang clothes, one hook for two people, no towel racks to hang our wet towels, the telephone in the room was not connected for us to call the front desk for services, and the microwave had poor heating. The refrigerator was cold once we turned it up, and the freezer worked. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient to many eateries, and shopping.

It’s okay if you need a place to stay. We did not find it enjoyable. Our room smelled very strongly of cat pee. There was animal food still on the bathroom floor. I understand pet friendly hotels but they should look and feel clean for other people staying. Staff lady was very nice and friendly tho.
