We invite you to our renovated, 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom, lakefront home at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in gated, private Lake Arrowhead community just 1 hour north of Atlanta. The dock provides a perfect spot for you to swim, fish, or sunbathe. There is over 120 feet of lakefront right outside your back door.
The home includes appliances, linens, furniture, electronics (2 large tvs, 1 bedroom tv, SONOS sound system), and fully stocked kitchen. Other amenities include gas fireplace, gas grill, and a washer/dryer.
The home includes 1 king, 2 queens and bunk beds- with full bottom and twin on top, and 1 pull out queen sleeper.
Home includes 2 large tvs + 1 smaller tv, internet and free local dialing included. The recreation room includes granite wet bar, arcade games and many board games (10 board games, ie. monopoly, clue, life, dominoes, trivial pursuit, etc) which provide fun for the whole family. A pack and play and high chair are available upon request before arrival. The two car garage and deck overlooking lake all provide you the amenities of being home.
Do not worry about any rain days at the lake!! Our home features an awesome game room which is fun for all ages. We have a heavy duty foosball table, electronic dart board, and numerous real video arcade games. We have a real GOLDEN TEE video arcade game. The multigame video arcade game has pac man, frogger, centipede, and many, many more classic games.
BOAT RENTAL-
20' Bentley $250/day, $1495/week- BRAND NEW for 2025
24' Bentley $275/day, $1595/week
We have Bentley 20' and 24' pontoon boats available for rent for experienced boaters. If you do want to rent our boat there is a minimum 3-day rental during peak season, 2-day minimum rental off peak season. The rate includes a full tank of gas and you must fill the gas tank when finished. Sorry.... no tubing or any other towing. (insurance rules). Please reserve the boat early, we only have 2 boats for our 4 homes. First come, first served.
2 hydrobikes, canoe, 10 foot paddle board, and 2 kayaks are available at the home for your enjoyment at no cost.
We have a 6 person hot tub, which has a water fall, and numerous jets. Who needs the warm weather when you can enjoy a 100 degree hot tub on a winters day, sipping champagne! We change the water and clean the hot tub after each rental for your hot tubbing pleasure.
There is a spiral staircase from the main floor to the lower floor. I would recommend that people that have mobility issues use the main floor bedrooms.
We recommend trip cancellation insurance. Protect your vacation. When we reserve your rental we turn dozens of other customers away while holding the property for you. If someone cancels on us it is hard to find another renter on short notice. When my family goes on vacation we purchase trip insurance, it has saved us a few times.
