"Cleanliness"

"Clean, seemed recently renovated. Breakfast was delicious with a made-to-order omlette station. The room was very spacious with every amenity we needed. I wasn’t expecting the full kitchenette. The bar was quite lively. I tried the brussel sprouts and peach whisky sour and thoroughly enjoyed them. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Check in was strict 4 pm, no early check-in . At 4, was told room is not ready. ??? "
