“Had a couple problems with the property. Communication was good until the problems were reported then nothing. The master shower had no hot water. Hot water at the sink none in shower. Upstairs hall light did not work. Would flash occasionally but dark 99.9% of the time. Ice maker and drinking water through the refrigerator did not work. Smell of urine in master bedroom. I would not re rent.”

“Perfect home for what we needed as a staff team traveling for a conference. Plenty of space foe everyone to find a place to work.”

“We had a couple families stay here for a baseball tournament at East Cobb. It was in an older quiet neighborhood that felt safe. It was clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Did not have any salt/pepper etc. did have a few k-cups for coffee to get us started Convenient to grocery and a restaurants. Would stay here again if available when we were in town.”

“Great location. Stayed here with our girls basketball team. Great communication between host and I. Lies out room and everything was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.”

I was here for my son’s baseball at East Cobb, great location with less than a 15 min drive to the field.Melissa was understanding of my schedule shift and allowed me to arrive a day early, and clean up after final games well beyond check out time. We will stay with her again on return visits. Great host, perfect cozy house, clean, quiet street.”

“I notified the host only a few hours after accidentally booking the wrong days. They refused to give me a refund at all, even though I notified them very quickly. They were unreasonable and completely just took my money for nothing.”

“The overall space and design was very roomy for 9 adults. The property itself needs some TLC. The electronics had very little instructions. Remotes were half put together. Theatre was nice but game chairs didn't work and couldn't get the surround sound to function. The outdoor space also requires some attention as the fire pit is falling apart and the outdoor patio furniture was really dirty. Gas grill was ok but needs attention or replacement. It worked after some difficulties. The location was……
