“Staff was friendly and helpful, parking isn’t ideal due to the parking area being so small. No breakfast the room was cleanish, would rather have a downstairs room vs. an upstairs room.”

“The staff at check-in was friendly, so I actually started out hopeful. I got to my room and at first glance it looked clean. Then I walked into the bathroom and it was flooded, water everywhere across the floor. How do you miss an entire flood during a room inspection? After I reported it, they did move me to another room, which I appreciated in the moment. But the problems didn't stop. The next day I asked for housekeeping to clean the room, and no one ever came. This hotel would not accept credit cards they do not have a computer system or a reservation system Hotels.com should not be associating with hotels in such poor condition. I did not stay at this hotel because of its poor condition I found a different hotel and hotels.com had to refund my money! It was a 3-hour ordeal of the hotel not……
