「Due to metro construction, access to the hotel either via taxi or bolt/uber was a little hazzle. Other than that, the location of the hotel was really convenient for those who wants to walk to downtown shopping and excellent restaurants areas. Hotel staff was really friendly and as helpful as possible. English speakers will have no issue to communicate with them. Went slightly out of season so not all facilities such as roof top bar available but didn’t soil the use of the hotel will definitely return and you can walk into Porto so good exercise cab only €8 away from the hustle and bustle of the city allowing you to chill out as well.」

「Staff were very attentive. The room was large & the chaise lounge was & beautiful addition. As for the bathroom the tiles nice touch not the standard. The colours of the hotel was not the standard beige which was good. For a city break I would stay again but when the weather is better as I'd like to use the roof terrace. 」

「This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with....

「我們從聖地牙哥坐巴士過來，下車後，只走7分鐘就到了。飯店人員很客氣，速度很快。房間大，房號1001，可以看整個舊城區，風景太棒了。早餐更不用說，太棒了。主廚都在巡。我們住了5天四夜，非常愉快。到景點，都用走的可以到。不要忘了，5點半，起床到河邊看日出。回機場，坐601巴士，約30分就到，很方便，離飯店3分鐘。飯店應該是6星級才對。Thanks very much. 」

「I will definitely come back!! The staff members were really friendly. I have got a welcome drink on the first night which was really nice. Breakfast variety was plenty. The design of the room reflects the winery itself. There is plenty of place to store things. The good thing is there is a door separate the bedding area and bathrooms. There is 4 bathrooms to share in a 14-bed dorm and i never need to wait for a second to use it.」
