Salicos and Casa Luza are in a perfect location and a beautiful home. We spent two relaxing and enjoyable weeks in a perfect home. The reality was much better than the online description. Everything was clean and functioning, the property managers (Bruna) helpful and responsive. An outstanding property.

We spent a fantastic week at this villa in August 25. It is beautifully decorated and appointed and we loved it so much we barely left! Having a private pool that’s so well tucked away in a perfect sun trap was the best for the kids who spent nearly the whole week in there! The indoor and outdoor kitchen were a dream for me as a keen cook. The interior is very stylish and works well for a family. Location wise we were made up as it feels quite exclusive and not like some of the over touristy parts of the algarve. Can’t praise Laurence the property manager enough, always responsive and check in was a breeze. Local management team were lovely but not the fastest to respond. This was our first time using VRBO and this villa was a dream!

Superb

We’ve stayed in many villas over the past 18 years and this was one of our top 3! The pictures really don’t do this wonderful Villa justice. Fantastic layout, beautiful decor and furnishing (inside and out), extremely well equipped kitchen and utility area. Beds are very comfortable with spare pillows if required. Outside space is well kept and very private. The location is perfect for being central to everything but just far enough away for peace and tranquillity. The owner is super friendly and very responsive and so too were the property management team. We’d definitely stay again and recommended to friends and family.

We hardly ever left the villa

The pictures don't really do it justice. It's an amazing villa with absolutely everything you could possibly need. We were staying with our sons, 8 and 11 and they absolutely loved the pool and then being able to sit inside out of the heat in the midday and play some games. The space worked perfectly for us to the extent that we barely ever left. My kids hate beaches and being dragged around towns, so was perfect.

Beautiful Villa

The property is a modern villa in a secluded avenue about 2 miles from the town of Carvoieiro. it is beatifully furnished with a very airy feeling. The garden has lots of places to sit and the smallish swimming pool is away from the villa down some shallow steps. The pool probably isnt ideal for small children though. The hosts provide very little in the way of basics on arrival, so be prepared to buy things like washing up liquid, cooking oil and toilet paper etc etc. there is a very good supermarket about 1 mile away. A car is essential here for getting about.

Perfect Location for Everything Algarve!

Casa Luza is a beautiful property in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s in a perfect central location to all of the Algarve highlights, 3 minute drive to a beautiful beach, the best coastal hiking area, restaurants and supermarkets. An hour to the coast and 40 minutes to Faro. We loved our 2 months at Casa Luza and would recommend it to couples and families.

Another idyllic week at Casa Luza

Our 2nd and hopefully not last visit to Casa Luza. The setting is perfect. Near Carvoeiro and it’s restaurants and beaches and 2 great supermarkets. In a gorgeous area - so peaceful and green. The house and grounds are so well appointed. Just perfect for us. Hope to stay with you again very soon.

Fabulous villa in a peaceful location

We loved our stay at this fabulous villa which was even lovelier than I had imagined. The villa and outside areas were well equipped and comfortable. We loved the peaceful location yet only 5 mins in a taxi to Carvoeiro and all its restaurants etc. The most beautiful beaches are only 5-10 mins in a car from the villa. Thanks Laurence for looking after us so well. We’ll definitely be back.

A piece of paradise!

Our stay at Casa Luza was fantastic. The property landscape is jaw dropping! The pool was put to good use, very private setting. The pictures on the site do not do the interior justice. It is gorgeous throughout. Very well supplied with all kitchen needs. Beds were a dream to sleep in. Two weeks was not long enough!

A nice house in a quiet neighborhood

We spent 1 week in this lovely house. Ideal for a family with 2 children. The house is modern and has everything that's needed. The A/Cs worked very well. The only downside was that the swimming pool does not have an area for small children who cannot swim yet. Also, the team managing the house was very nice, responsive and helpful. We would come back any time.

Wonderful stay at Casa Luza

Casa Luza is a perfect place to relax, unwind and explore Algarve from. We really enjoyed all spaces within the property - pool, outside sitting area, outdoor dining and cooking space. It has enough shade on a hot day. Interior is equally beautiful with tasteful furniture and decorations and everything you need to feel at home. Villa is located within short proximity to many lovely beaches and towns. Laurence and her property manager were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing your home with us. A little piece of paradise!

This was our second time staying at Casa Luza, and I can't say enough once again about the property and location. It is a property that checks all the boxes for us. Clean, comfortable beds, fresh towels and linens, and all the amenities needed to feel right at home. The yard has sunshine or shade seating for all times of the day. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed reading on the lounge chairs by the pool. Laurence and the property manager are extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der perfekten Lage – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral – und dem wunderschönen Pool unterhalb des Hauses, der zum täglichen Highlight wurde.
