“HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked……

“Breakfast was well diverse. Hot food, breakfast sandwich, bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal and dry cereal. All tasted delicious. The air conditioning is run from the wall across the room from the air conditioner, just like at home. well done and cool Cannot say enough about the staff: helpful, kind, friendly. everything was well run and smooth. ”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and room is clean and updated. Everything was excellent except the room always felt stuffy even with the air conditioner on. My 26 year old daughter said her bed was hard and she had difficulty sleeping. But I thought my bed was comfortable.”

“Didn’t utilize the bathroom to have a bigger sink, sink area very small with wasted space in toilet area, tub shower dangerously slick, shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed due to curtain rod needing repaired, patio curtain was broke couldn’t close all the way, outlet behind desk was dangerous, and the electrical and usb block on night stand didn’t work.”

“No staff was rude terrible part of town room literally had dirty towels still wet on shower rod and i found a piece of corn on the bed we didn't eat i always liked using expedia.com but now i will probably check others”

“The shower was wonderful--instantly hot and perfect pressure. Great way to start the day! Breakfast was the best so far on a long road trip.”
