「All the staff was great, very helpful and explained all the property amenities. The bartender, Giuseppe, was helpful with food recommendations. The room was beautiful overlooking the winery and breakfast was lovely.」

「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」

「This was a beautiful hotel in a quiet location but a 5 minute walk took you to the Main Street . The hotel had wonderful helpful staff that would do anything to help make your stay better. The wonderful breakfast with local produce was on the roof top stunning views of mount Etna we were there 7 nights and enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The roof top bar was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the lovely wine and beautiful views. We were in one of the hotels superior rooms was a lovely...

Tutte le ragazze dello staff sono state sempre molto disponibili e gentilissime, ci hanno fatto sentire proprio a casa!
