The villa consists of 3 independent ancient rural dwellings,
renovated with contemporary elements. The furniture is simple and
refined. Tenuta Gianfredi is completely fenced and with parking inside
the property.
 
The main house consists of a living
room with sitting area and dining room, a bathroom with shower, the
adjacent kitchen equipped with an electric oven and a dishwasher. A
hallway leads to the sleeping area where there are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
 
The second house is located near the pool.
It consists of 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The third house has a living area with a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a small double room with a bunk bed, plus a bathroom with a shower.
Where is Tenuta Gianfredi, in Southern Italy
Tenuta Gianfredi is a beautiful luxury villa for holidays in Southern Italy, in the area of Gallipoli,
in Casarano. The dwelling is ideal for reaching the sea, both the
Ionian and the Adriatic beaches, both about 20 kilometers apart. The
nearest beaches are those of the Baia Verde of Gallipoli. The
town of Casarano is just 4 kilometers from the villa, and there are all
the services.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air-conditioner not in all rooms.
- The entrance and gate are shared with another villa but are both entirely independent.
- The property is composed by 3 separate units.
