「Excelente atención 」

「The stay was fantastic, the food was fresh and delicious. The view absolutely gorgeous. The privacy of our villa was the perfect experience. The service was on point. Definitely a highlight in our trip. The only negative I can say was the drive to the villas. The roads are unpaved for about 15min. Very bumpy and steep roads. Highly dont recommend arriving there at night. Other than that, it was amazing ! 」

「Hotel grounds are beautiful and staff is very friendly. Would like to recognize a man named Joiner who worked in the pool bar and restaurant area. He is an outstanding employee who is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to get to know guests by name. A rare quality!」

「Great place to rest」

「1) wrong address listed. Took me 20 minutes to figure out that the correct address was listed only in the email. Email wasn’t clear that google maps and Apple Maps was wrong. 2) no communication with the property as we were figuring out the address in the dark 3) villa booked wasn’t provided to us as their was no power in the villa which was initially booked 4) no internet provided during our stay. 5) had to figure out the water supply issue on one of the days of our stay 6) I have been trying...

「Hotels dot com screwed up the reservation, but Jessica at the property did everything she could and made sure I️ have accommodations for my trip. She’s there to help and does a great job at that. The road going to the site is dirt, but that’s expected in CR. The pool at the smaller condos is amazing. Infinity, with fantastic views and the right depth to hang out and enjoy life. Definitely going back there the next time I’m in Uvita!!」

「Exactly as advertised. We stayed in an AC room with 2 double beds and a large sliding glass door that opened to a little balcony. Lots of singing birds. Great value. The breakfast, served next door to the hotel for $8 per person, was truly excellent. 」
