「The room was new and clean but the mattress was foam and slept like a hammock. Killed my lower back. The room was relatively small and the layout of the counterspace was uncomfortable. When we checked in, the attendant was nice but not helpful at all. She was there to point me to click on a website to check in and that was it. I will not go back to Wells MOTEL. It's not a hotel, it's a renovated motel.」

「Staff was ok. When we arrived and went to our room the ac was turned off and the room was hot and humid. It took sometime for the room to cool off. The bathroom was not clean. There was short hair in several places in the tub/shower as well as short black hair embedded in one of the towels. The hair dryer was yellowed and dirty it made scrapping noises producing a burning smell. The room doors are exterior doors and our room happened to be in a hallway instead of an open walkway. 「For a budget friendly hotel, the comfy bed and linens were outstanding. My granddaughters and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.」

「Rooms are huge! But dated. They were doing improvements and additions when we were there. Beautiful location and historic charm. Breakfast in the dining room is Saturday and Sunday only. FYI」

Shower tub floor is very slippery. Morning meal doesn’t have bacon. Not much fruiits in the bucket. Only few apple served.」

「Linda and Mike were outstanding hosts and welcoming to us. They were accommodating to special diet needs, and anxious to meet our requests. Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible we’d give 10 stars. Mike us a tour of the mill and a history of the property that made the whole experience fulfilling. 」

「We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly.」
