“Room was overall clean, staff was very nice and friendly. Pool didn’t work but it was cold outside anyway. Tub faucet runs nonstop in room 200. Curtain didn’t cover the entire window to block others from peeking in as well as blocking out the sunlight the next morning. We stretched it the best we could. When we arrived back to the room a roach was crawling on the wall. Not many options in the area. Could use more updates for sure. Door key reader is old and rusty. They tried but it needs some……

“There were many filthy dirty mattresses outside right by the parking lot, the water in the pool was green and dirty, the toilet in the room didn’t flush, unless you lifted the lid and adjusted the flapper valve, they did not clean our room once despite asking them to and we stayed there three nights, they had no continental breakfast as advertised. When we asked why they didn’t have continental breakfast, the girl said they were waiting for their permit. There were no items, such as shampoo,……
