「Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. When we called the number for assistance as instructed by the sign, the manager who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful, but said he would "be right there". We waited at least 15 minutes for him to come to the desk to help us, and the 3 other groups that had arrived to check in. The hotel was dirty and unwelcoming. 「I understand that this place was inexpensive , but it was nasty. It smelled bad and we got eaten up by bedbugs. We had to mop the floor ourselves. The bathroom smelled like sewage. We had to ask them to wash the blanket it smelled musty like human must. Worst place I have ever stayed and I was a flight attendant!」

「I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, and to my horror, I spotted multiple cockroaches crawling on the floor. The staff was unhelpful, and the entire place felt unsafe. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.」

「While the space is clean, the bed was nice, and the rooms are different from every other hotel you’ll stay in, we did have negative as well. The tv in our room did not work. The fridge barely kept our drinks cold, every door in this hotel has to be literally shoved open, and they give you a maximum of 4 wristbands per room for swimming.」

「The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. 」

「Loved how spacious the room was for our family of 4. I can appreciate the blackout curtains which kept the morning sun out and allowed us to have a good sleep-in. The fridge was larger than your typical bar fridge and the microwave on our floor by the ice machine was very useful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.」
