「It is a beautiful spot! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The floors are a terracotta or stone tile and you need to wear slippers or shoes on them. The outdoor furniture is nice but very old and in need of freshening up and cleaning. The pool is stunning and a nice break in warmer afternoons. The breakfast was well done and great start to the day. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The office was very helpful.」

「Luciano was very helpful host and kept use informed. The house is in a quiet location with a splendid view of the Duomo and the old town. The room was clean and comfortable with strong shower, parking is in the grounds and safe. The staff at breakfast were lovely, very friendly and welcoming and the choice was good with fruit, yogurt cereals and breads with cheese and meats and good coffee. 「The choices of food was not great, it felt like prison that we couldn’t use any part of the hotel after 11pm as everywhere was locked until 8am. When we used the pool outside there was a mice in there happily swimming, when we advised the Hotel someone from maintenance came and took it out with a net he I didn’t use any other equipment or anything to clean the pool.
