Casa La Cella - exclusive use with heated pool and sauna

Large natural stone house (approx. 265 m² of living space) surrounded by vineyards and hills in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence and Arezzo. Here you’ll still find authentic Tuscany. The approximately 5,000 m² fenced-in property, with sweeping views and soothing tranquility, ensures the relaxation you’re looking for. There are both shaded and sunny spots. The garden features an unfenced, heated 8x5-metre swimming pool (open from May through October) and a sauna for 6 people.
The accommodation
The house sleeps 8 and is laid out as follows:
In the separate basement, there is an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and shower/toilet.
An outdoor staircase leads past the loggia—which features a dining area and a wood-fired oven—into the kitchen-living room with an open fireplace, a large wood-burning stove, and a gas stove.
A few steps lead up to the level of the bedroom with two beds, as well as the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet.
Adjacent to this is the large living room with satellite TV, which also houses a large collection of books.
A few steps down lead to the large hall with a round arch and a wood-burning stove. From there, you can access a small terrace and the garden.
A staircase inside the house leads to the ground floor.
Here you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and views of the Tuscan countryside in three directions, a large bedroom with three beds and its own outdoor staircase, as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet, and two sinks.
Across from the property, there are four parking spaces for cars, a badminton court, and additional lawn areas.

** Between October and April, an additional heating fee of 200 euros per week applies. This must be paid on site!
Additional important information
Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.
However, these can also be provided for a fee:
Towels: 5 euros per person
Bed linens: 10 euros per person
