Nette Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Das Apartment ist eines von etwa 5 Apartments auf dem Gelände. Das Gelände ist weitläufig, sodass wir die anderen Parteien nicht bemerkt haben. Zudem hatten wir eine private Terasse mit schöner Aussicht. Das Apartment ist ein guter Ausgangsort um mit dem Auto die Toskana zu erkunden. An die letzten ~2km Auffahrt auf Schotter gewöhnt man sich schnell. Der nahegelegene Ort bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment selbst war grundsätzlich sauber, die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Inventar war spürbar gebraucht und etwas dürftig. Das Gelände ist gepflegt, auch der Pool ist sauber und schön. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, aber keineswegs aufdringlich. Ihre Familie, die das Gelände ebenfalls bewohnt haben wir kaum gesehen.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem burgähnlichen Komplex mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem großen Raum komplett ausgestattet fürs Wohnen, Essen und Kochen. Vom großen Raum aus hat man die Gelegenheit um draußen zu sitzen und direkt an den Pool zu gehen. Mit unseren 2 Jungs war es ein perfekter Urlaub, wir haben viel Zeit am Pool verbracht, Ausflüge gemacht in der Umgebung (Todi ist sehr schön) und bis nach Rom. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Agréable semaine pour découvrir les points stratégiques de la Toscane

Tout d’abord, Patrizia nous a accueilli de manière chaleureuse, on se sent tout de suite les bienvenus. La vue est imprenable sur la vallée, la route sinueuse pour y arriver ne pose aucun problème, ça fait partie du lot si on veut être en surplomb de tout ! Équipement basique dans l’appartement, zone barbecue à partager, mais cela n’a posé aucun problème avec les autres locataires. Idem pour la piscine qui est juste parfaite ! C’est propre et très accommodant ! Il y a de quoi faire des kilomètres sur le domaine, les enfants s’en sont donné à cœur joie entre ping-pong, zones multiples dans le jardin, oliveraie, plaine de jeux, terrasse … quel bonheur ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement et reviendrons avec plaisir !
