「This was an absolutely terrible stay. I arrived at the property and effectively did not exist, I had to ask at a local cafeteria, where the address was because there was simply no signage on the door. When I got into the location finally after an hour of waiting around, several things became apparent. First there was a shared bathroom, which I did not see as listed when I reserve the room. Number two there was no bed, there was only a fold out couch, again, not detailed on the listing. I...

「There weren't cups in the room for the in-room hot water kettle. There were no English speaking staff available when we needed to check out on the last morning, which made it a little awkward. Otherwise, the staff was attentive and the room was very clean. It was convenient to the city center.」
