You will be staying in a 7-room semi-detached house that spans over 150 square meters across three levels. The spacious and bright property was tastefully renovated in 2025 and features cozy furnishings. On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall, a large living room with a panoramic west-facing window, an open-hearth fireplace, and a TV (flat screen). This level also includes an open dining room with a kitchen corner, both equipped with air conditioning. Upstairs, there is one large double bedroom with a shower, bidet, WC, TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and access to a balcony. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms, each with a shower, bidet, WC, and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom is a double room with air conditioning and a separate shower, bidet, and WC. The second upper floor features an open large living/sleeping area with sloping ceilings ranging from 100 to 220 cm in height, including one bed (80 cm), one sofa bed (130 cm), an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), and air conditioning. This level also provides access to a balcony.
