「Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. 「GREAT all around! Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff who treated us like family. Very spacious rooms and bathroom; beds and pillows were super comfy. We stayed in Pope Alexander VII suite which had two big bedrooms, a beautiful, ample tiled bathroom, and little dining room. Views of Battista were amazing from our suite. 「Wir hatten ein zweistöckiges Familienappartment mit drei Duschbädern, Küche, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern...sehr komfortabel. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nicht störend. Tolle Poolanlage. Frühstück für deutsche Verhältnisse okay. Das Personal überaus freundlich und bemüht.
