“We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. For us just getting to……

“The construction of the thousand year old building was amazingly beautiful! The park like grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was firm, like most beds in Italy. I have to say though the pillows were the worse pillows I’ve ever had to sleep on. They were fat hard rubber pillows. 😩

“Bello! Forse un po’ piccola la camera ma molto curata nei particolari e pulita! Direttamente nel centro storico ( bisogna cercare di arrivare prima delle 19 per evitare che la ztl si attivi) colazione superrrr
Consiglio vivamente anche ristorante “ la biga” a pochi passi, gentilissimo e molto preparato ristoratore( prenotate per tempo!!) ”
