“After you get off from the train station, take the boat to San Zaccaria stop and it takes around 45 min and then by walking 10 min to arrive the hotel. Not difficult to find if you are opening the google map. Near the main tourist attractions by walking around 5 min, The view in the room is also nice. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. “Overall speaking, it's a nice place to stay in and I would like to stay again. The room is spacious and with most of the amenities. However, this hotel was renewed by another hotel and you need to make the check-in at their hotel which is about 5 mins away from the homestay, it will be a little trouble if you first time go there.”

“Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.”

“Good location, nice staff, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is satisfied. Althogh the price is no cheap, it's a good choice to stay near the hottest scenic spots in Venice. However, the materials in the ketchen sink were not clean. We cleaned all the cups, plates, goblets, and the electric kettle by ourselves before use. The wifi is very slow in the room, but is okay in the reception room as well as in the dining room.”
